My impression is that the media reacts quickly to these sort of moves online by the President, they seem to show resentments against them. The fact is that the net media do not even show whether they keep a close eye on the WhiteHouse.gov site. It only means that the independence of the media from the government, but other thing is that there always are reports on the President whenever he appears on TV. The US's case is even more thorough, contrary to my assumptions, than the case with Japan, for obvious reasons perhaps.

In the WhiteHouse.gov site, the President Obama released his speech on financial reforms. The UK and France governments are posing taxes on the huge bonuses that the CEO's get. The US counterparts really get big bonuses. They say, a Japanese CEO invited by his trade partner in the US was surprised to have been offered a horse.


The healthcare bill agreement, the Haiti aids, and bank fees. You would never know what would be going on. And the talk is tomorrow on Iran.

The good news is that the Japanese Foreign Minister Okada is saying that he will cooperate. We will know by tomorrow what it might imply, and it to China -- or vice versa. This may be a boost for the IAEA director Amano's efforts to denuclearization of Iran.
