The White House announced today that the President Obama and the Russian President Medvedev agreed upon signing new arms reduction treaty, the successor treaty of START I. The nuclear warheads will be limited to 1550, the ICBM and other weapons to carry them will be limited to 800. I just do not know how to describe this. Most obviously, they are the only ones in the whole universe to have made this achievement. There is nothing to compare the size of this event with anything combined. Moreover, or whichever the purpose of this, the heads of states of 45 countries will meet in Washington on April 12 to discuss arms reduction. Is this -- happening? Is it not the way the people wanted? Around the globe?
