Nuclear Posture Review

The Obama administration announced in the Nuclear Posture Review, those states that comply with the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty will not be targeted by the US nuclear weapons and that there will be no development of new nuclear warheads. President Obama stated in the statement that the real danger is in the proliferation of nuclear weapons. In the NPR 2010:

unless today’s dangerous trends are arrested and reversed, before very long we will be living in a world with a steadily growing number of nuclear-armed states and an increasing likelihood of terrorists getting their hands on nuclear weapons.

The conscience won over brutality -- now any who insist that nukes are too dangerous and inhuman got such a support worldwide -- from the international world -- from the United States of America. It should mean a lot. They should know what it means.

While Mr. Akano was executed in China, this is a promising step forward. The national security is really about diplomacy than anything else. What of nukes in trying to stop their executions? Nukes are not effective to such countries, unless with such amount of attacks that exterminate the whole human race. The real threat comes from, really, those who are to acquire nuclear weapons, who are right stepping into the dangerous arena where nothing and nobody stand on your side.

President Obama and Russian President Medvedev are to sign the successor treaty to START in Czech Republic on Thursday.

The reaction to President Obama's NPR varies and differs worldwide -- they have their own interests. But is hugely welcomed in Japan, Korea, and in Europe. I do not know what to say -- I like to read the British media, they have it all -- they are, proud so to speak, of the achievement together with the President. It is indeed a concrete step forward for human kind.

If I could just do anything possible, anyone who is against disarmament is our enemy, the enemy of peace.

They can not picture people dying by the nuclear weapons. I say -- have a look at what the atomic bombs did, or just try to read some of the documents related to it, then tell me what you think.
