I do not know where the figure comes from but I believe he has some grounds when he said it. What this means is remarkable. He really does not have enemies, since he can get them on his side. This sort of confidence, opens doors to, people, ideas, what not, that nurture such a thing called understanding.
Understanding, or rather in his word respect, is what makes him popular, among populations around the globe. Since people want respect. At times, it is the only thing that people look for. Considering the balance between nations with the United States, militarily and economically, this indeed is what the people needed badly, since arrogance and ignorance, are the factors always attributed the nation. This hopes for understanding, offers an ample space for negotiations, which itself gives us hopes. Talking is another thing that is badly needed in the international community, the lawless jungle.
