What is hindering them from putting North Korea in the list of state sponsors of terrorism?
If Cuba is in the list of state sponsors of terrorism, why is North Korea not? It is not a matter of proximity to homeland, since Syria is in the list. What could Sudan do in terms of sponsoring terrorism?
How much possibility is there of North Korea shipping nukes via China?
Attempted assassination of the exiled former North Korean official Hwang Jang-yeop is an act of terrorism.
I found the article saying the six-party talk is just for buying time, G8 should implement effective measures, not just declaration of some kind. With that understanding, what we want to hear then is the initiatives, hopefully encouraging ones.
There must be a warning that North's attack is dangerous, so that it should get the warning. They should ask a simple question what will they do when North Korea torpedoes next ship. Would a UN resolution come then? And then ask on. What will we do? Would US ships not helpful? Should we not ask for more helps? The war-game and the war-game only would carry the correct message for such purposes.
As that we are having troubles getting a UN resolution, G8 statements will be welcomed. They say that they would ask Russia for cooperation, we should watch out where the talk goes. Russia, as a responsible member of the region, should voice concerns on North Korea's torpedo attack and denounce Kim, who is responsible for the attack.
