President Medvedev of Russia announced a new draft law to be announced on Police, which are noted for corruption, bribery, lack of training, low wages and occasional shooting at citizens. Most notably, President Medvedev suggested to change its name from militsia from the Soviet days to politsia. The police personnels of not with moral and capabilities are rather scary existence, it would side with violent and headless, senseless mass that attack on individuals. They should be aware of what they can do and what if not under the laws.
