The Obama administration is to send proposal to Congress about $60 billion worth's of the weapon sales to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The sales would include 84 F-15's, upgrade 70 more, and three types of helicopters, 70 Apaches, 72 Black Hawks, and 36 Little Birds, according to Reuter.  The aim of its sales is announced as to support allies against nuclear Iran.

The proponents of the biggest ever "merchant of death" proposal are emphasizing the economic boost effect on the US economy and job creation.  They argue that if they can sell F-35 to Israel worth's $3 billion, the balance will be maintained.  The weapons deal stretches out to 10 years.  The weapons sales to Saudi Arabia amounts to $37 billion from 2001 and 2008.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reportedly used its F-15's in Yemen "against the Shiite rebellion".

The weapons deals with Saudi Arabia is noted for corruption cases.  The BAE Systems, is reported to deposit $2 billion to Saudi's Prince Bandar bin Sultan, the kingdom's former ambassador to the United States.  It had $80 billion contract with Saudi Arabia since 1980s.
