The Ocean was such a sight today on the way back from Revere area. The sun was shining, although some streams of clouds were in the sky. The sunlight glitters on the surface of the Ocean. The ripples reflected sunshine in such a way that the whole Ocean was covered with the silver reflection of the sunlight. Driving along the Winthrop Shore Drive is quite something on such a day.
The Ocean was quiet and the sounds were most soothing. The marble rocks in various sizes create mosaic patterns on the beach. The water is cool and seaweeds such as knotweeds and kelps were floating there. Many of them are covered with the meshes of sea sponges. All was well except that the silence was interrupted by dog walks.
I asked Jane what she thinks about no Walmart in this area because if you look up the Internet, it shows there is no Walmart store around Boston. Jane told me that in total, Walmart does not benefit the local economy and that it is not wanted. Walmart did lose some cases, lawsuits over the working condition of the employees, about not giving lunch time to them etc. many times despite the fact that its money could have hire good lawyers.
At Dollar Tree in Revere, the guy in front of me was talking to the cashier "I thought I am a millionaire." "How do you make that amount of money?" "I got a lottery ticket." "Oh." My opinion is that the money should be put in at least something like stock market or in bank account for low risk financial management.
I found hot boiling water works on weeds. Taking them out that are in between the pavement stones may uproot them, I've told. Pouring boiling water is a good way to kill the plants. The only drawback is that you'd need a lot of water to exterminate the weeds in the whole area. It is an environmentally safe way to clean and Jane agreed with me.
