President Obama in Boston in support for the Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick

It was cold in Boston outside waiting in line to get into the building but it was worth it. At Hynes Convension center, President Obama was there to show support for the Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick. Not only I heard them speak not through the net nor TV, but in front of me talking to the Mass audiences about their policies. They were talking about their achievements, their concerns and their cares to the people in Massachusetts and in the States.

Mass. Governor Deval Patrick

The governor said proudly that Massachusetts is the first in getting out of the economic slump and its rate is twice as fast as the national average. He was passionate about the economy, education, clean energy, stem cell research, and unemployment issues. President Obama spoke then and said "when you drive a car, D (Democrats) is for forward and R (Republicans) for backward" and the audience seemed to have appreciated his jokes. He said, he is getting the US jobs back and insisted that the US will top the nations in education.

I tried to take good pictures of the President but the podium was too far away.  At times, his figure appears in between the heads of people, as if under a spot light under which he indeed was.  His figure and his words were sharp and clear.

Just as President Obama in his weekly address talked about the US companies investing abroad, TI announced its investments amount to $275 million in China, opening semiconductor factory in Chengdu.

Now, one of the keys to job creation is to encourage companies to invest more in the United States. But for years, our tax code has actually given billions of dollars in tax breaks that encourage companies to create jobs and profits in other countries. (President Obama)
