The EU and the UN went ahead in putting sanctions on Cote d'Ivoire where its president Gbagbo does not concede to the decision of the election committee. Its former Prime Minister Ouattara, the winner of the Presidential election held on November 28th as the International society recognizes, sworn in and nominated the prime minister and other cabinet ministers. The President Ouattara is nominating its formal ambassadors in place of those nomiated by Gbagbo.

Java comes with AWT and Swing which are the libraries for the interface components. There are, however, other libraries for the components such as SWT which comes with Eclipse. SWT seems to be more concise in its expression and faster than Swing. Most of all, SWT seems to be alive, or many are using or polishing it.
