Tax cut compromise

President Obama announced the compromise tax cut plans including temporary extension of tax cuts on wealthiest 2%. Those who opppose the extension insists that the tax cuts on the wealthiest 2%, or giveaways to the riches widens the gap of the rich and the poor. The tax cuts will cost $700 billion. The debts will hamper the future economic growth.

The budget cuts will be even more pressing when revenue decreases. Meanwhile, the tax rates do not go up before 2012. The tax cut issue will be the agenda for the next election.
