President Obama in his opening speech in Cleveland, Ohio, at a forum for small businesses said his administration will offer incentives for the small businesses, which hire two thirds of the entire US workforce. He referred to plans to make specialized clusters for certain businesses such as Silicon Valley for IT industry. The President emphasized that the US will be the leading in technologies and manufacturing and that the investments on innovations and infrastructure for the future are important such as clean energy, high speed internet, and high speed rails.
