Democracy is not about human rights. It is only the logic of majority. And majority do not care about human rights. They are exercising their 'free will' to beat others for their own sake in such a way that profit them.
Once you are aware of your hatred, you should know how to deal with it. You can tell yourself "you hate him/her" and observe yourself feelings. This is hatred. Feel it, then think of the way to be out of it. Use your head and find a way. And when you do, it is your victory, for achieving the goal and winning your own feelings.
