The Swipe Fee Reform -- and the bill that delays the implementation of the measure

The Senate will be voting on the delay bill of the Swipe Fee Reform as soon as Wednesday. The bill would delay the implementation of the Swipe Fee Reform for 15 months. Each month cost the consumers $1 billion for the big banks and credit companies while those CEO's of banks and credit card companies get tens millions dollars at the expense of consumers.

Speedway says it collected 1.7 million signatures in support of limiting this unknown transaction fees which the President Tony Kenney say have doubled over the past decade and that it is the company's highest operating cost.
