President Obama is to announce the plan for new revenue to pay for the American Jobs Act that aims at job growth by cutting small business taxes and middle class income taxes, and spending on infrastructure, education, security and unemployment insurance. The plan reportedly poses minimum taxes for the millionaires, which pays at lower rates.
