Have you ever heard of the American Jobs Act?

President Obama is on his tour for the American Jobs Act.

The name of American Jobs Act, however, seems to have been less frequently discussed in the public media. The Act does not seems to have gained wider perception among people. The people I talked to knew something went wrong with the vote on Tuesday and it was about the jobs bill, but do not know what it is. The polls show the public is for the bill.

It seems to take time for any agenda to spread among people even who are more knowledgeable about politics. The doctor knew about the healthcare law but did not comment on dropping the long-term care provision. The former teacher who wrote to her representative about the school did not know the American Jobs Act rehires teachers.

This might turn out to be a proof that the media has the clear bias and on their income sources. The money flow resulted in the relatively low public exposure of the Act. While the Occupy Wall Street movement being gaining the public support -- a report shows more than 70% of people are favorable to the protests and to the agenda of "we are the 99%" -- many have concluded that the way to show protests to the obvious pressure from the financial sector may simply be on the street and express the anger.
