President Obama spoke at Scranton, PA on the American Jobs Act. The President said the legislature is to vote on the Payroll Tax Cut extension as early as on Friday. He said, the Republicans must put the country first before the party, referring to "the party of tax cuts" standing on the side of the riches and playing the political games.
The President said, the American Jobs Act is supported by two thirds of the American people. "I will give them an another chance", he said, to show who are standing on the side of the middle class.
Scranton is the VP's birthplace, referred to homecoming of soldiers.
Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) is up for re-election in 2012.
