President Obama formally announced that his administration again is to raise debt ceiling,
GIVE OUR TAX MONEY BACK.
I join the 99% in protest against future tax hikes. Is it coming in my life time? Yes. The debt sacrifices the future economic growth. It is our tax money.
FOUR YEARS OF MORE SPENDING?
IS THIS NATION THAT CORRUPT?
WHY SHOULD YOU VOTE FOR GOP IF IT DOES NOT SPEAK UP FOR THIS?
The GOP presidential candidate former Texas governor Rick Perry said:
“The president again went to Congress to ask them to raise the debt ceiling. That means they’re going to print more money, they’re going to spend more money. The dollars in your pocket are going to be devalued even more,”“I hope the members of Congress send a very clear message to the president. Not now, not again, absolutely not, Mr. President, we are not going to raise the debt ceiling, we are going to cut spending. Because that’s what you have to do in your budgets.”
In a letter to the President, Senetor Marco Rubio wrote:
"America deserves leaders who will stand front and center, level with the American people about our challenges and offer real solutions to solve them. Instead of simply asking for another debt ceiling increase, I urge you to come forward with a real plan to tackle our debt in 2012."
Sen. Jim Inhofe said:
"Until they do something to show that they want to bring it under control, I'm gonna oppose it,""I know he believes he has us over a barrell and he can spend anything he wants, using the leverage of making people think our ratings are going to go down, but you've gotta stop someplace.""Until they do something to show that they want to bring it under control, I'm gonna oppose it,"
One of the President's favorite phrases is this we should create a society where responsibility would be rewarded. What responsibility in spending, and spending tax money, and spending tax money where anyone complains, anyone including those who complains spending too much? Someone else must pay for it. We already are paying for it. Of our tax money, $230 billion is spent only paying for interests in 2011. The US owes to nations such as China and Japan for as much as around half of its debts.
Today the President announced integrating government organizations. He touted that the administration saved $20 billion. But what of the end results of cutting the waste by $20 billion and increasing the debts by $1.2 trillion?
$1.2 trillion - $20 billion = $1200 - $20 = $1180 billion = $1.18 trillion
What the administration must do, is to cut spending so that it can balance the budget.
