STOCK Act signed; French Presidential Election; Senegal's new President

-- President Obama signed the STOCK (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge) Act today that prohibit the government officials to access to IPO's and mandates them to disclose transactions within 30 days. 

-- The French Presidential hopeful Francois Hollande announced his plans for his fist 60 days in the office.  Countering the move, the incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy is to announce the conservative plans on Thursday. 

-- The new Senegal President Macky Sall was sworn in.
