President Obama: on Financial Reforms

President Obama in his weekly address stressed the need to implement financial reforms.  The President said the financial institutions should pay for their own risks, not by tax payers to bail them out.  He said, "Members of Congress stand on the side of reform, not against it". 

G8 summit opened at Camp David.  President Obama greeted with leaders around the globe including EU President Barroso and Van Rompuy.  The euro crisis is set to dominate the talks. 


Finally the weekend.  Some extra time to set up my websites, or rather getting them back working.  I have other projects in mind but for now, let's perfect them and get them working. 

President Hollande has stated his gratitude in the President Obama's reference to his private life.  It could mean he has shown his seriousness in his jobs, not mixing it up with his private concerns. 

President Obama's sense of responsibilities has been demonstrated perhaps in our concerns on world's hunger and the US-backed Afghan government and the police.  

Relying on someone else's finance is a very dangerous thing.  Owing so much in the Chinese finance screwed up the US's policies for the region.  Know before you owe, they say.
