He picked up in a manner that characterize her in such a way to give the listener the impression that she be insensitive and improper. He showed the capacity to understand and work with those with opposing views, and said 'let's oust those in the office for too long'.
Tammy accused him for having not taken any effective measures for the economy nor the welfare of the people in the district. She presented figures for balancing the budget. He pointed out those figures added up won't 'make a dent' in the budget and suggested the healthcare costs should be left to each state to be taken care of.
