- The EU budget talks has not reached to an agreement. The EU leaders debate on the EU's 2014 - 2020 budget at Brussels. The nations such as the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany press on cutting spending on the 1.033 trillion euro budget while other nations fear for cuts such as agricultural subsidies, and the huge pension money of the EU officials, or the eurocrats.
