Tomorrow is the election day.

Tuesday is the election day.

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D, IL-9)
We made hundreds of calls from our office making sure people vote, and vote for Obama and local Democrat candidates.  Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D, IL-9) was with us on Sunday.  We have met and talked on the phone with a lot of supporters here.  A good many of the voters already have voted, and voted for Democrats.

A few that we met, however, declared that they would vote for Romney.  To the question why they are, D. told me somewhat with a pride "we paid our ways" and that she opposes bail-outs to companies and the banks.  There we did not talk about health insurance and unemployment benefits, the provision that saves the middle class from the corporate greed.  The whole economy, however, goes down when the middle class is in need of cash.

A. on the phone told me she was not sure where the nation is heading for.  I could not help asking this question "where do you think Romney is heading for?"  When his flip-flops his stances on issues, how could we be sure?  He would do the opposite of what he said, President Obama said.

Let us hope that this election will prove the voices of the middle class.  Let us hope the middle class will win the fight against the "System in Washington" that cut taxes for the rich and send subsidies to big oil companies.  After all, it is only from outside that the corrupt system would ever change.  Let us hope for a good turnout for the election.
