| Tax the rich |
The talks on the fiscal cliff continue among the Senate leaders. If nothing gets done, the economy will suffer.
The major sticking point is of course the tax on the rich. The Republicans are still hesitating to go along with the polls to say the rich should fare the same share as others. Those lawmakers are paid up by the lobbyists that are funded by the riches. They do act like the election did not happen, which gave them the mandate to tax the rich, one of the major theme in the last election campaign.
Dog fights continue behind the closed door. Tax rates are lower for the rich in this country. Let us hope that this democracy tied up so much with the capitalism will not neglect the voices of people who said no to this disparity of this skewed society.
