S. told me a story in answering my questions. "In Wheeling, they voted on new library facilities." she told me. "The people voted for it and now we have a good library" she said. "Come, it raises the value of your property" she said.
Let us hope through democratic process we reach at some point where we all can be convinced what to do with our tax money. Let us hope the election process be as fair as possible to those involved. Let us hope the nasty bullying of the mighty not be the voice of our representatives.
