Are guns more dangerous than cars and doctors?

 Just last night I had to argue whether doctors and cars are more dangerous than guns or not. 

Suppose there is a surgery that kills 1% of the patients.  Suppose there is this gun being used to kill people.  The percentage is much greater on the gun side.  Thus guns are more fatal than surgeries. 

Arrogance come from the very lack of restraints that are placed upon in any members of the society.  The students here may or may not even go through schooling and series of tests.  Then they are not being say notified what they do not know of.  The self-satisfaction leads to arrogance; until when some incidents break the habits and customs of looking elsewhere.  They do not question what it means to own guns until the media takes up the shooting incidents.  They do not question what deficits mean until lawmakers come up with the topic and use the issue for their purposes.  They do not question the disparity even when you look at some get away with so much less of the effort in doing jobs and some not.

People form opinions mainly by reactions of others, especially by close ones.  And that is a treachery thing, because more closer they get, the more subtle differences matter.  The subjectivity may or may not come from looking at reactions that vary in its meanings and in the way it is expressed. 

Leading or organizing groups of people and absorbing the differences of opinions while directing them to the objective is not an easy job.  The easiest way is to cut off the weakest, or the ones that are considered to be.  In terms of public policies, the polls must go along, which more often than not being under the influences of the media.  And the media is funded by the big corporations and the rich. 

If people are ready to go ahead, in this Internet era, getting the information in various ways, to know the big corporations and the riches pays to distort the tax system, that the 1% owns 40% of the wealth, they would be applauding the lawmakers on the side of the 99%.  Otherwise they get on with the media by the 1%ers and say the same thing. 

And again, how smart could we be the 99%?  Do we want entertainment, paid by the riches, people murdered around the globe, the weapons sold out to nations under junta, ready to invade neighboring nations?
