It is indeed a shame. Close Guantanamo. |
The election was held on 7th for the vacant seat. The former Republican governor fought against female Democratic candidate for the seat. The district has been held by Republicans for some time.
What makes it complicated? It is this: the only black senator, may or may not be of help to President Obama, also black. Would he be keen on supporting the female candidate even when she is from Democratic party?
Remember Obama's fight against Hillary? Boy that was dirty. Say, what's wrong with being a woman? What is wrong with them?
It turned out to be, that the former Republican governor won the race. Now here comes the question: did Obama try hard for the Democratic candidate? Internal party struggle, anyone?
Gosh the party politics gets ugly. Those politicians are bad. The tax payers are the victims: who exactly is in charge of our tax money, $3.8 trillion? Are they spending more? On what?
When it comes to our tax money, we must demand certain things; our money, is going to be for us, to help this nation. We cast our votes for reasons. Now what do we get? Gun background checks? Guantanamo?
It is not time for them to fight against each other. Get things done. The world can not wait.
