- The US flew B-52 over what it claims the Chinese air without notifying them. China declared unilaterally last week that airplanes will require permission before flying over the area. A brave move after years of tacit approval to the Chinese military expansionism.
- The coalition partners agree with conditions in Germany. The center right Chancellor Merkel's CDU/CSU party needs such partnership with the leftist SPD to secure the majority of seats in the parliament. The agreement reportedly says installation of nationwide minimum wages, more infrastructure spending, and no tax.
- The polls say the Iranian nuclear deal is backed by the people here in the States. It indeed is a diplomatic success case of the Obama Administration. Tough and effective no-nonsense sanctions and the inflation rates lead to President Rouhani's victory in the election, after years of the rule of his hardliner predecessor.
