Bangladesh election aftermath

This is an election year.  I talked to D, C, and M at the volunteering organization.  I am not sure they still are adamantly opposing Obamacare still or not.  I told M about Bangladesh election which resulted in hundreds of deaths which many of the opposition parties boycotted.

The elections here in the States are glorified and beautified.  In that line, the media ignored election violence in Bangladesh.  In a way, they are afraid of depicting the elections event that incurs violence.  Here in the States, people are taking it as the norm and authority.  The authority of the election, however, is not something that can be set by default.  It is rather the media image that told its people how it should be.

The media image is indeed an image. Any who observe the lawmakers in Washington would know they behave where money is.  The election indeed is not the deterring factor.  This democracy involves money transaction, and the amount has increased over the years.

The incoming midterm election is another factor that affects their behavior.  The media is all about who would be running in the next Presidential election.
