The 'farcical' election in Bangladesh

 The 'farcical' election took place in Bangladesh where all 16 opposition parties boycotted the race, resulted in the majority Awami League winning 139 out of 147 seats.  Together with 127 uncontested seats, it now occupies 76% of 350 seats.  The UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon called for restraints and dialog and the US urged prompt elections.
