The revival of 2004?
The Ukrainian Yanukovych government moved to expel protesters in its capital city of Kiev. More than 25 people died in the clash while the protesters vow to continue its protest.
The protesters for months staged a barricade demanding Yanukovych's resignation while the regime had made concessions; resolving its cabinet, inviting the opposition leaders to form a coalition government; promising amnesty for protesters.
Is Yanukovych afraid of the revival Orange Revolution, which ended with pro-US/EU candidate winning the office by election? Meanwhile its close friend Russia is busy hosting Olympics, which offered $15 billion for support of the Yanukovych government. Is it the timing the opposition aimed at?
