Despite millions of enrollment, Obamacare is still unpopular.
Because the law is this unpopular, the real debate is elsewhere. The real dabate, that addresses the cost of healthcare is not ever mentioned in Pres. Obama's victory speech.
So how much is the cost?
Granted, the cost is enormous. 30% rise of premiums indeed cost elections, unless real solution be presented before the voters.
The real debate, however, of how to deal with the premium hikes, are not being held anywhere. On the Republican side, people are busy denouncing how bad it would be if Obamacare leads to tax hikes. On Democrat side, no one ever even talk about the cost. This really is a bad situation for taxpayers. We do not want to compensate what we believe to be a good deal. That is a deception. I would not buy an item if that would cost me at another occasion in much higher added premiums.
Let us discuss how we pay for the healthcare.
