The state of California is planning a minimum wage. It affects many in California. In many ways.
Before it being implemented, perhaps the biggest impact of it is how it affects the upcoming election. So here are some comments from our candidates:

Some worry about the unemployment rate and inflation because of the minimum wage hike. The unemployment rate is at the lowest level, however, and the we are worrying about the deflation, not inflation. And then, think of those affected by the wage hike. They are more likely be spending the money than all else.
Whether the minimum wage hike would scare all the rest, here is this: the people spoke up and made the difference. Will they turn out for the election in support of the 'political revolution'? The upcoming election will tell us.
