Hillary + Kaine rally at FIU -- they were there, in front of me. They are the ones, that are indeed getting everything, that matters. Hillary was laying out the plans for her presidency -- with confidence and foresight.
Whatever Trump has said about, in the vaguest terms, about how he rebuild the nation and so on, and all else -- speeches, rhetoric, jokes, entertainment in comparison with the reality -- dealing with the Congress, or rather getting the consent from the lawmakers, passing the laws thereby, and think how that affects the nation -- look fake.
Trump may get away with his show and his empty scary but nos so scary rhetoric. "He says things but he actually is not so bad", "He actually does not mean it", "He is warm hearted", etc. He may indeed get away with his presumed promise on lowering taxes for the rich. But here it is. He can not make it happen. He can not realize any of his not-so-real promises. And what promises -- building walls, and closing the nation's supposedly free market, and making our streets safe, or safer perhaps, in whatever way that he never specify (Perhaps he would increase in police budget. Or put more people in prison. Guess how effective that is.)
Hillary's promises are of ours and I believe of the nation's. Tax cuts for the rich? More disparity will definitely not good for the nation. The disparity divides the nation. The nation's high crime rate is the rational consequence of the disparity. The disparity deprive us of every motive to learn, every motive to work, and every hopes for justice.
Now I get more hopeful for the new Presidency.
We must keep our eyes on them and make sure that they keep their promises.
