President Obama in Miami

Being popular does not justify being an incompetent leader.  Having a lot of supporters does not justify being an ineffective leader.  Popularity, however, is just about everything in our democracy.

Carrying on a successful campaign, is not the same thing as working behind the closed door and work 'tirelessly' for a solution.  Getting people excited, is an important factor in the election.  That, however, may or may not require getting a result.  Or rather, getting such results may make the candidate unpopular.

President Obama spoke in Miami on Thursday.  The people were very supportive of the President.  You would not anticipate any other candidate being demanded of his or her presence as they do for the President, demanding his appearance calling out O-BA-MA stamping on the floor.  A dying out cry of "four more years" and the a cry disappointment as someone else approaching the podium -- placing the emblem that says "SEAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES".

Hillary Clinton, still yet a candidate now, is lagging in gaining the popular support.  The trust problem persists.  Her being the first female President of the United States, means this much.  She is breaking the glass ceiling, and it is not an easy task.  Or rather, any candidate will have a hard time after Obama being such a popular President.

President Obama's rally in Miami was about how he supports Hillary.  Trump can not be representing this great nation.  He can not be a role model for us.  What he was saying is mostly the same as in his other speeches.  Because it is, or because the speech was ill-prepared, long and lacking in substance, there are people leaving the auditorium in the midst of his speech.  Or rather, the inconsistency of his speech bored or appalled the audience.

She was strong when I fought against her, he joked.  Hillary indeed survived years under Obama, and now being readied for the office.  He continued on saying and then I worked with her.  She made my Presidency better.

It is rather a cliche, if it is not about this high office.  If Democrats do not win, every progress that he made will be nullified and we'd be going backwards.  In this case with Hillary, however, his struggle with his own party members in particular about immigration issues, financial reforms, keeping the middle class tax cuts, and BLM movements -- the list goes on -- at least from what we hear, is 'shaping his presidency'.  He mentioned briefly about the gas prices in the beginning of his speech.  President Obama fought for us against the establishment and now he is saying -- his Presidency was better for it?

Do not be cynical, he says.  How do you keep your integrity in such cases?  It's Trump's hatred or HOPE, he says.  HOPE, the audience return.  Don't boo, he says.  VOTE.

The Republicans already are claiming they are making it harder for Hillary.  This time, she will be on the forefront fighting for us.  The voter turnout is important.  VOTE EARLY, he says.
