The 115th Congress begins

The 115th Congress begins on Tuesday.  New battles, new drama, and the President-elect is busy with another sort of war.  The President-elect has claimed that he will "drain the swamp" during his successful campaign last year.  He seems to be tackling on that problem, starting with the media.  The media hostility towards Trump is apparent, saying: "let's not creating headlines for him".

All that hostility may comes from Trump expressing freely his opinions using the social media, such as Twitter.  Besides his being against Clinton machine, the free and open media can be the very threat that they fear for their business.  His tweets are getting traction.  The number of retweets indicates he is doing a fine job in sending out the messages, communicating with the supporters and voters, and attracting attetions.

Here he goes rather openly and carelessly stating his stance on the Russian hacking issue.  Without the media hype, regardless of the warning from the establishment, and without context, Trump has expressed his satisfaction sensing his Russian counterpart not starting a diplomatic war.

The "PEOTUS" (President-elect of the US) continues on with his attacks against the media.

His provocative style of speech is the same with North Korea.

Closer ties with Russia and harsh rhetoric against China? Should his rhetoric be reflecting his political stance? If so, in what ways? Setting tariffs on Chinese goods? So far, we just do not know yet.
