G7 summit will be held in Italy next week.
Here is this: does anyone talk about G7? They do not talk much on G7 in SNS either. A lot of headlines that contain the word Trump (in fact, his name appears in -- whopping -- 41% of all headlines) but none talks about the summit.
What does it tell you about the world?
The world is getting smaller and much more equal than ever before. The money is not only in the hands of those rich nations. The world's biggest market is China. Where do their money go? Do they need oil or what? The scale of those business and political deals with oil producing Saudi Arabia might tell you something.
By welcoming the President, by the huge business deals, the Saudi authority is doing an excellent job for the Muslim people in the US and around the globe. How else would you impress a leader that claims "a businessperson"?
Let us hope the summit won't end up with the planning of a war against Islam, as a scapegoat. The continued war -- or genocide won't end terrorism for sure, nor that would not solve the problem of refugees. Let us hope the G7 nations can proclaim themselves as being the leaders of the free world.

President Trump chose Saudi Arabia for his first trip overseas. How so? It is one of the most US friendly Muslim nation that can counter -- possibly, Israel. While Israel is the most US friendly advanced nation in the region, the political, economic, and geopolitical balance that our President is aiming at seems very clear.GE announces $15 billion of business deals with Saudi Arabia https://t.co/rTSmmD4rBH pic.twitter.com/QgzSJqO4F1— Reuters Top News (@Reuters) May 20, 2017
