North Korea launched a ballistic missile again

North Korea launched a ballistic missile again. This time it flew some 3000 km, showing it can reach Guam. The test launch, however, went through the strait up north the main island of Honshu. Japan's Prime Minister Abe expressed concerns.

President Trump issued a statement saying "all options are on the table". South Korea conducted a military drill and the bombers dropped heavy bombs on the border.

China called out for restraints on both sides. Russian President Putin has not made its position clear. Japan, South Korea, and US call for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council.

The EU condemned the missile launch. British Prime Minister Theresa May expressed outrage by the 'reckless provocation'.
