Obama in Illinois: Vote!

The mid-term election will be over tomorrow. This race is the most-expensive mid-term election in US history. The voter turnout is historically high, while is much lower than Presidential ones. The interests in the elections generally go higher in Presidential elections. A number of Democrats got elected with Obama in 2012. The 'star-power' or what, President Trump and Former President Obama rally all across the nation.

"Don't boo", former President Obama warned in Illinois rally, as the discontented audience booed as he talked on the tax cut for the rich and the resultant huge deficit, while we are looking away. While they talk of the fear of immigrants, they cut social security and medicare/medicaid. The Republicans just submitted the bill, he claimed. "Don't hashtag," he continued on, talking of the Presidential tweets that have attracted attentions of people worldwide by their incendiary rhetoric that targeted other nations, with which we are currently at trade wars.

He cut short the murmurs and grumbling of people by a short phrase -- "Vote!" that was echoed by the enthusiastic audience.

He claimed during his last days in the office, he created more jobs than his successor has ever done while he has been in office. A record number female candidates are running for office in this race.  The Kavanaugh nomination might have affected the race.

This campaign will be over tomorrow. This nation will make the choice. We are at a crossroad.
