Bump stock banned

The Trump Administration banned 'bump stock' device.

The device that clearly not made for defense used in the Las Vegas shooting resulted in 59 deaths and 546 injured, can turn semi-automatic rifles into quasi full-automatic.

A gun advocate organization called Gun Owners of America (Director: Erich Pratt) filed a lawsuit against the ban.

It may surprise you, but some claims the ban is the abuse of power, not the possession nor the use of such device. The latter might be termed as 'the use of violence' indeed.

Some cites the US Constitution against the ban, as if the Constitution does not protect citizens from the use of such violence. A bad law is still a law, yet the Constitutional rights probably won't grant the citizens the right for providing the citizens the perfect chance and opportunities for homicide or armed robbery.

Those who were expecting the Administration not banning such devices predict the constituents would vote for selling such devices.

The polls suggest over 80 percent of the voters support a ban on bump stock device.
