President Trump: Memorial Day Ceremony

President Trump in a speech at the Memorial Day Ceremony spoke on the battle against the (invisible) enemy.

As the pandemic devoured over millions of people world wide, the fight against the 'bio terrorism' put us in a very different mentality at the war. The risks that we face share some common factors, however. The courage, the bravery, the resilience and the battles of the unknown soldiers may resonate with the people fighting hard against the infections -- possibly for their life right now.

Moreover, the President is fighting against even greater enemies. That is, the sovereignty and independence of the free world.

The Trump Administration issued trade ban against Chinese companies while the Senate passed a bill that delists Chinese companies. The Administration's close ally the UK cuts Huawei's involvement. Leaders around the globe issued concerns about the new law that can jeopardize the very existence of Hong Kong. The series of measures lead by the Trump Administration leading the free world caused certain media around the globe putting out articles against the Administration.

As hundreds of demonstrators got arrested in Hong Kong, shall we deem all the protesters funded and brainwashed by the West causing disruptions during the National People's Congress? The production levels of Chinese companies recovered. Should we join President Trump's accusation against China that hindered the participation of Taiwan in the WHO meeting?

While the fight against the invisible enemy linger on, the fight defending our free world will go on for some time in the future.
