The Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden announced Sen. Kamala Harris will be his running mate. The Democratic party has been divided over the choice and there still goes those support other candidates while the polls suggest the party members support a black female candidate for black votes, i.e. the support from the Obama people.
Some claim Andrew Yang should be at least speaking at the party conference, some claim Bernie Sanders is a better candidate, some claim the racial bias. Some claim Elizabeth Warren would be a better VP, some claim Tulsi Gabbard be more of a likable candidate.
Overall the air is welcoming the former Attorney General from California of black and Indian descent as a charismatic and tough woman that can complement Biden on the debate stage.
What seems a complete lack of leadership has been characteristic throughout the Obama Administration. Taking sides and not taking sides hurt the members. The hostility against President Trump evidently has been uniting the party.
I’ve got to be honest I kind of expected to speak.

Dear @DNC: Asian Americans are the fastest increasing group in America, including in multiple swing states. The gross underrepresentation of Asian American speakers in the four days of the DNC Convention is tone deaf and a slap in the face. https://t.co/PkBRrVFUgO

.@AndrewYang should speak at the convention. It’s absurd to exclude him given the campaign he ran.
