The pursuit of happiness

The pursuit of happiness is our constitutional right. That is, our happiness should not be defined by the state. Obama cannot define the happiness of an individual that is 'under' her friend, let alone by a colleague. We do not feel happiness by his definition of sexual orientation.

Your justice is yours and yours only. We do not believe that is fair. Your fairness is not law. Or we would not need Congress nor court.

The way the Internet works is not some political propaganda. The state cannot and should not interfere with the access by the individual. Limiting the access of an individual is some political oppression. Even if that benefits your donors nor foes.
