The rest of us vs tax havens

The global minimum tax may, or may not impact the tax havens around the globe. The finance ministers put the rate at 15%. Will the world be winning against the tax havens and those corporations that evade taxation? What of those benefitted by them?

As more infrastructure spending being rumored in the media, the G7 leaders would be setting the pathways in solving the problems with tax havens. Cayman Island. Small nations under dictatorship. Even some European nations. Will the global minimum tax save the world and free us from such unfair systems that only benefit big corporations and individuals that eventually fund some of the lawmakers?

The wealth disparity is the basis of all inequality (no, it is not fair) and the high crime rates. The public services should be funded properly for public goods. Education, infrastructure, roads and bridges, public welfare, healthcare. Will the talk bring results?
