Politics is about creating enemies. The political faction must set up the enemy group. If it is a race, it is called the "race card". If it is gender, it's sexism. If it is about disability, it is "discrimination".
Typically, the weakest group of society is set as your enemy. In a male-dominated group of people, it is female that is your enemy. A very cheap setting, yet effective. Who would counter-argue the spouse of the CEO is disgusting? Typically she is vulgar, banal, and ugly. She's fond of rumors. She likes open and shamelessly inconsiderate people.
You may wonder how should one like such a person. That may lower his or his party's reputations. Yet it goes like this: crooked Hillary. "She drives hours every weekend for males"
So woman. Define intellectual curiosity. It is about learning something new. Going through routines does not clear your head, even if you can perform better than "the average". You need a clear head for learning new concepts.
It is August 6th. It's Hiroshima Day. Here is this, however: sexual harassment is not some 'Atomic Bomb'.
It's August 6 in Japan now, so I'm reposting something I wrote last year, reformatted into a 🧵: This is a story about my family, specifically my then 15-year old grandfather Yutaka, his siblings, and their parents, who found themselves in Hiroshima, 76 years ago today.
