The world is getting smaller, he said and announced plans for private/public huge investments in the digital infrastructure in Africa and Asia. In particular, he mentioned Africa and its energy crisis and the imminent/on-going environmental crisis and announced plans for solar projects in Angola.The Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment will mobilize strategic investments in areas vital to sustainable development and our shared global security:
