The Biden Administration announced the US is to send cluster bombs despite the humanitarian concerns. The US weapons are still killing people in South East Asia.
The irony is the US is funding project that helps remove those undetonated bombs in Laos and then give the bombs to other nations for use 'within their own territory'. What of a nation that bombs its own territory?
