Meanwhile, the newly elected President Francois Hollande of France as well as President Vladimir Putin of Russia phoned President Dilma Rousseff of Brazil to affirm their attendance.

The summit is a place of discussion on sustainable growth where at least 100 global leaders and 50,000 participants worldwide will participate.
