Former President Trump shot/hurt

Former President Trump was shot and hurt during his rally in Pennsylvania.

What has unfolded in front of the spectators was so dramatic that went viral worldwide. The sound of gunshots, Trump holding his ear, the blood, and the Secret Service ran to cover him. The shooter was shot dead, and the gunshots ceased. Trump was escorted off the stage. Then he made the gesture that will prevail throughout his campaign and beyond. He told the Secret Service -- wait. Then threw his fist in the air, greeting the deafening "USA! USA! USA!" calls.

The shooter was a 20-year-old Pennsylvania man. President Biden often refers to Pennsylvania in his speech, and some stated he had some responsibilities, while the incident happened days before RNC. Was the Republican Party divided so much before the convention? There are so many guns around. They could only let it happen just by diverting the attention of the Secret Service.

Certainly, this nation is great and the reaction of the former President is laudable or even heroic. The rally participants were not excessively panicked or calmly facing the risk of their lives. They showed the world audience that they were brave and audacious. They dare to take the risks. And perhaps their enemies were as audacious or savage as much.

People pray for his fast recovery and send condolences to the victims' families and friends. After all that, let us hope they get to the root cause.
