Resignation, Inauguration, amid Angers -- Haiti, Yemen, and Afghanistan

-- The Haiti Prime minister Garry Conille resigned, adding to confusion there and woe to the nation and the allies. 

-- The newly elected Yemeni President Abed Rabbu Mansour Hadi spoke in the Parliament, while riots rage in the southern regions. 

-- The Qur'an burning incident on a US military base invoked anger responses around the globe.  Twenty five Afghans and Four US soldiers and advisers have been killed in the protest.  On Tuesday, ISAF, International Security Assistance Force commander General John Allen promised a 'swift investigation' in an attempt to regain support from the Afghan people.
